Microsoft Copilot Studio can connect to a wide range of services and applications through Power Platform connectors. It supports integration with various Microsoft services, including Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Dataverse. It can also connect to third party applications e.g. Salesforce, Google Sheets, and many others. The list of connectors is continually expanding as Microsoft updates and adds new connectors to accommodate diverse integration needs. Copilot Studio can also connect to custom APIs and web services.
Microsoft Copilot Studio is free when used within Microsoft Teams. For external deployments on platforms such as websites, intranets, or SharePoint, the cost is £164.40 per month for 25,000 messages, which equates to approximately £0.0066 per message.
