We start with a 30-minute chat over Teams, just to see who you are and whether you’ll fit but also so you can see who we are too and if we fit you too! If we like you, you will be invited to a second interview, dependent upon what the role is this could involve a technical test, a presentation and will include a senior member of the business and the teams line manager.

We have each other’s backs; we are a team in the truest sense of the word, and we are confident of our ability to hold our own against larger companies. A key value is audacious and all we ask is you help us push for bigger and better.

We ask local colleagues to be in the office three days a week unless hired remotely – which we do do! We have so many great people that it would be a shame to not spend time with them, and having people together is a breeding ground for innovation. Besides our office is an amazing space to work in.
