Conducted a detailed audit of the legacy shared drive, identifying content types, ownership, and structural inconsistencies. Developed a migration plan prioritising data integrity, security, and minimal business disruption.

Supported the structured migration of files, permissions, and metadata into the new environment. Validation checks ensured content met security classifications and organisational standards.
Advisory Support
Provided guidance and training so teams could continue migration activity independently after the project. Ongoing engagement ensured the new environment met operational needs and encouraged adoption.
