NHS Grampian underwent a digital transformation initiative in collaboration with Microsoft and another partner to improve collaboration for their user base and put patient care back at the heart of the trust. However, this large-scale implementation had a short timeline, and the eHealth team required a trusted partner to help sense-check the proposed implementation approach.

We helped them map out the next stages and benefits of our approach, advised on risks and considerations, and provided an Information Architecture document, SharePoint migration best practices, and an Implementation support plan. These documents were crucial in obtaining board-level buy-in for the project.
